Sandy C. Rattray

Sandy C. Rattray has served as a Director since February 2020. Mr. Rattray previously served as the Chief Investment Officer of Man Group plc from 2017 to 2021. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Man AHL from 2013 to 2017, and Chief Investment Officer of Man Systematic Strategies from 2010 to 2013. Prior to holding such positions, he held several other senior leadership positions at Man Group. Before Joining GLG Partners, which was later acquired by Man Group, in 2007, he spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs where he held various positions, including Managing Director and head of the Fundamental Strategy Group. Mr. Rattray also sits on the MSCI Advisory Council. He holds a Master’s in Natural Sciences and Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Licence Spéciale from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is a governor of the Southbank Centre in London, a governor of the King's Maths School in London and is a Senior Advisor at Capula Investment Management LLP. He also pursues his personal interest in the field of architecture, including since 2023 at Allies and Morrison, a London-based architecture and urban planning firm.
