Jacques P. Perold
Jacques P. Perold has served as a Director since March 2017. Mr. Perold was President of Fidelity Management & Research Company, the investment advisor for Fidelity’s family of mutual funds, until his retirement in 2014. From 2001 to 2009, Mr. Perold was President of Geode Capital Management, LLC, a subadvisor to Fidelity. He is currently a trustee of New York Life Insurance Company’s Mainstay mutual funds, a trustee of Partners in Health, and a co-founder of CapShift, a company focused on enabling impact investments from donor advised funds and foundations. Mr. Perold also serves on the Board of Allstate Corporation. Mr. Perold holds a Bachelor of Arts in economic history from the University of Cape Town and a post-graduate Bachelor of Arts Honours in sociology from the University of Cape Town.
